Welcome to the digital era of biology (and to this modest blog I started in early 2005).

To cure many diseases, like cancer or cystic fibrosis, we will need to target genes (mutations, for ex.), not organs! I am convinced that the future of replacement medicine (organ transplant) is genomics (the science of the human genome). In 10 years we will be replacing (modifying) genes; not organs!

Deux fois greffé des reins, les assurances lui ont rendu la vie impossible à coup de suprimes "bigger than life" ... Ce chef d'entreprise juriste et comptable s'est fâché tout rouge, a rassemblé ses avocats, ensemble ils ont mis le paquet et ont gagné contre les assureurs. Depuis, il a fondé l'APS Santé, où il y a même un service formation : des patients rôdés forment des professionnels de santé hospitaliers qui travaillent dans la greffe ...

Les donneurs de rein de leur vivant doivent préparer leur avenir financier, rien n'est fait pour eux en France (contrairement à Oslo !) ... Mieux vaut emprunter AVANT le don qu'après ... N'hésitez pas à consulter Raymond Merle ... Mieux vaut ANTICIPER les problèmes ...
